Terms & conditions
* Prices are per week and include linen, tourist tax and final cleaning.
* The changeover day is Saturday (arrival possible after 16.00, departure before 10.00 am)
* 35% deposit upon booking, balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
* Cancellation more than two months before arrival: the deposit is refunded
* Cancellation more than 1 month but less than two months before arrival: the deposit is not refunded
* If canceled less than one month before arrival, the full amount is payable.
* We recommend a cancellation insurance
* The deposit is € 250 and is due on arrival in cash to be handed over.
* Outside the high season the houses may be booked for a midweek or long weekend, except in the May and autumn holidays.
